I read this as an ARC from NetGalley.
The writing was compelling, and a few of the characters were interesting. The murder mystery itself was interesting, and I enjoyed the aspect of figuring which of the many suspects would prove to be the murderer.
Much of the background and set-up were a bit unbelievable. Because of the unbelievability, I almost gave this a 2. However, considering it's an arc some things might be tweaked, I gave it a 3.
